Anyway, you can't really get 'girly' e-cigs. I mean they sell pink one's but that's about it really, isn't it?

As another poster said, adding your own accessories is probably the best way to go.

 

Gah, this one looks so girly, so pink, so cute and everything that is nice... Lol! It's too bad that I don't have the skills nor the patience to make my vape look even a bit like that. Plus, it looks so delicate... I am such a careless person, I imagine that those accessories would be detached after just a day. Haha!

 

Get a bit creative, can't go wrong with blinging it up a bit with some stickers and paint.
