Time to ditch the cancer sticks

Hey all just purchased my first e cig vk deluxe starter kit today express post :eagerness:and some mister smoke from UK
I smoke about 15 choice gold smoke a day
would 18mg be a good place to start ?

Congratulations.

I started on 24,.but was down to 18 in a week or 2. there is a great thread.stickied. in the new vapors section that talks about nic strength when starting out. Worth a read
