The self charging e-cig battery

If there was some type of mechanism inside the battery casing that uses the force of the draw of someone taking a hit off the e-cigarette and converting it into renewable energy being dumped back into the battery... think of it as a microscopic treadmill pumping out electricity and putting it in the battery every time you take a draw....hmmmm

I read that some one is trying to create that type of e-cig, but using a inhaler, on that same principle, like a proventil inhaler has a canister and you push the pump.

 

That would be a great e-cig, but the cost of having canisters maybe kind of expensive.

Maybe someone could mod one of those flashlight that uses the little turbine generators, so you spin it a few times and then take a few drags.. Or the ones that you shake? They're a bit pricey though.. Shouldn't be hard just rewire it to power the atty as opposed to the leds, and make sure the power converts to the right voltage.. I'm not sure how you could mod it to work with taking a draw though.. The flashlight idea seems a bit more practical?

Hows about a exercise bike, with a little generator. Like the one you might have had as a kid on your bike. You exercise and vape and the same time. How if you set your WEB Cam on the other side of the room, I'm sure it would be a site to behold...

 

what if you made a shaker pcc like those flashlights you shake instead of batteries? put in a decent capacitor and vibracharge your ecigs

 

I know this post is 2 months old, but the thought is too intriguing. Maybe something along the lines of Automatic watch - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. I know it would take a lot of movement lol. Just a thought.

wait a effing second! what about those flashlights that you gotta shake to create power? couldnt someone create some vaporizer from that?

 

I mentioned the flashlight concept 3 posts or so ago and it was discussed on the ecf, as far as a pcc option and a single vape then shake item... we came to the conclusion fun but absolutely impractical idea.

 

Shake it for 10 minutes and get 1-2 drags. Good for emergancies i guess.

As far as energy technology goes it wouldn't be practicable for a shake mod because of lack of power... or internal turbine because of lack blade size / generator size ....but external is possible (ie..solar pcc case or off-grid charging like above^^)
