*You might have seen this post somewhere else ;), figured I'd see if someone here could bring it to life"

So I'm walking through the mall today and a guy at a kiosk is selling those wireless recharging mats and supplies to adapt "all your lithium-ion batteries to be charged simply by lying them on this mat!!!" The power range for recharging looked good enough to charge almost any standard lithium-ion battery, even stacked/double core laptop batteries.

I'm sure most have heard of these devices but if not, here's this...

Duracell has a promising line of pads being tested as well as many other companies.

It seems someone would just have to make (or cut or however it's done) the battery attachment for our PV batteries to the correct volt and amp requirement.

Am I grasping at straws or what?

They all not that expensive anymore,
Still most of them either include or require a separate purchase of adapters to use your toys on them pads...

  5. For one of any size you will be needing to bust out a hundred at the very least for one of these, until they come down to the $20-$40 range I will stick with my wall plugs.

It is 100% possible. Might create excess heat if you vape while charging. Listen to this. http://www.howstuffworks.com/podcasts/techstuff.rss THEN go down to the one titled " Wireless Power: Myth or Reality? "

It's how i learned how those powermats and stuff work. pretty interesting.
