2 box mods with electric pumps

Workin on 2 boxes with electric pumps haven't got all my parts yet. my air pump came in today it's an rc submarine air pump off of http://www.caswellplating.com/models/pumps.html. the idea is to pump air into bottle and force liquid out.yes it works jus pumps way to fast. the thing will empty a 5 ml bottle with in the matter of a second wich is why I'm gonna use a flow valve and a check valve so liquid doesn't get into air pump.the other pump is a liquid pump off of http://www.micropumps.co.uk/.this thing is gonna move way to much liquid also have to use a flow valve on this one.hopefully I can get the pumps to pump the right amount with only having to hold for a couple seconds well see haha.I'm gonna be using a 901 atomizer becuz I already have the kr8 connectors wich do work with 901.I don't know the exact battery setup I'm gonna be using.I don't know what size or kind of bottle I will be using either.still not sure what boxes I'm gonna be using. I have 2 diff boxes ones a little big I would like to be able to use my smaller box for both wel see.I'm gonna order sum more boxes from mark on madvapes.com try diff setups.I'm looking to fit the biggest battery possible in a descent sized not to big box lol dunno what else to say but here are pics of the 2 boxes I have now with diff battery setups.the pump in the in the pictures is the rc submarine air pump ok I'm done whew

Ok so this is the extention with the bulkhead that I made that will direct drip the liquid onto wick. the extention was made out of a bic pen cap. mouth piece fits in larger end with shirt clip that I cut off and rounded had to take a hot glue gun to that end to heat plastic up to stretch to get mouth piece to fit all the way down. Cut bout a quartet inch off the sealed end of pen cap fits right down in the atty and doesn't touch wick. Fits perfectly around wick. Bulkhead was purchased off eBay for filling rc gas cars. I'm lookin to make the same extention in black. Couldn't find black pen cap haha.I'm gonna make a funnel that almost touches the wick inside the extention to drip the liquid directly on wick.prolly gonna use pointed part of another pen jus gotta find the right taper and all. By the way I'm gonna use this exact box just a new one this one is all hacked up I know. It's gonna look sweet when I'm done trust me.

 

Any one know where I can get clear plastic 10ml bottles same length as the brown 5ml in the pic jus fatter around even if I gotta buy sum juice I need them please reply

Ok so the air pump works with a flow valve but flow valve I got looks retarded too big haha but does work I push button down like a click for a second get 3 or 4 drops. But my tcs micropump came in today the thing is perfect no flow valve needed hold it for 2 seconds get 3 drops.craftmanship is awesome not sum cheap pump but it was 60 us dollars with shipping. It's running at 3.7 volts. Here's sum more pics of what I've done so far I might jus forget using the air pump and use the tcs pump




ok there's wires showing in pic there will be no wires showing jus had a temporary switch set up to test the pumps
and yes the ground terminal is touch ground on Atty so won't be able to use the ground switch on the box but I'll take care if it

 

Love the idea man but i have built many juice fed mods and you should address the leakage issues before you move on to pumps.I can tell from the pics you will definitely have leaking problems.Love the idea man i am not dissing you by no means.I just see you being let down when your mod starts to leak on the inside and makes a nasty mess.There is a guy on ebay selling any type bottle you can imagine http://stores.ebay.com/CANDLECHEM-COMPANY

Ok so here is basically what it's gonna look like. I'm not using these switches but I'm using the same box just a new one. This box is all hacked up from drilling holes figuring out how eveything is gonna be set up and switches are old switches I had jus to test it out. The tube comming out the top was to refill without taking the bottle out but not gonna do it on the final one. It's gonna be inside with a mini check valve to allow suction but no liquid will come out. Pump doesn't pump at all without a vent. Check valve is gonna go between bottle and battery. It's gonna have 3 LEDs. Quick color changing led under juice bottle with a window to see how much juice u have while pressing pump button, another color changing led under clear platic drip fitting I made out of bic pen while u press the vape button and a clear white under drip fitting while pressing pump button to see the flow of drips. Yea I know it'll prolly drain battery well see might take one out I dunno. I'm gonna have to order a few more things from mark off madvapes. It works excellent been vaping on it for about 5 hours still going strong no leaks haven't flooded the atty YET. The liquid drains back out of tube after sitting for awhile so u hold pump button till u see it going near bulkhead and hold it for about 3 seconds for 3 drops. It takes about 8 seconds give or take depending on how far juice drained back down into bottle. Maybe another check valve so it doesn't drain back will solve that. The bottle used is a loranns flavoring with bulkhead fittings at top. I think there is a little less then 4 ml. That's All I could really get to fit in there and work right and not kink tubing.I usually vape about that much per day sumtimes more always have a extra bottle of juice on me just in case lol. I haven't had any leak issues so far. The thing vapes excelent at 3.7v. I'm using a 18350 battery 1200 mah battery. As I said before the pump was 60 bucks so right at 90 bucks for everything give or take I know way too much but hey it's a hobby now haha it's all good. That's pretty much it if u have any questions don't hesitate and let me know what ya think good or bad lol I can take it love to get advice. This is actually my first box mod ever. But yea thanks for taking a look. And when it's done I will be posting a video of it in action I could do it now but imma wait till it's finished. Laaaaaater

So here is one of the boxes. It doesnt leak sept from vent hole and thats happend once put to much juice in it tryin to prime the pump. The buttons are big i know got the from radio shack buttons i ordered for it didnt work to well so i put the big retarded buttons on it. The box is kinda big i know but i have another box thats smaller that im gonna put togethr also. Other then that it turned out ok. works great i just started using it today. I started using it at 12 pm and its after 12 am now battery just died on me. I put the 18500 battery in it. Has three leds one for vaping two for pumping one on hose and one in dripper tip. The white light helps seeing the flow its hard to tell in videos but it does. And becuz you only have to hold pump button for 3 or 4 seconds it doesnt effect battery life much. Its held together with earth magnets they are stroooong lol. Besides the smaller box im working on im working on another box bottom feeder thatll hold a huge bottle of juice with a manual pump. Im using the guts out of a kr8 pcc charger. Its the pcc off of eastmall.net or the one from vapor kings. Its a square battery and has the usb cable for charging the 4.2v 1200 mah battery. It doesnt put out the right voltage for vaping its for charging a kr8 battery so had to find the spot where the power goes before it transforms to diff voltage. It works now it charges and vapes at 4.2 volts already tested it. It has a red led to let u know when a kr8 battery is charging wich doesnt work now becuz im not charging im vaping lol. It also has a clear led that changes from red to green when battery is fully charged. Now i jus have to find a way to put it in a box haha ill post pics eventually but other the that i guess thats it questions or comments welcome as always

 

I kinda like the feel of those switches. You can make them small. Pull off the caps and file off the first part of the post. You'll end up with this.

Ok so I tried running this thing at 6 volts but have vaped all day and 6 volts is way too much I just get a burnt taste it's nasty as hell so I hooked up the regulator and it is freakin awesome at 5 volts perfect lots of vaper and tastes excellent vaping keylime freeze from mark on madvapes I've finally made the perfect personal vaporizer pump works great wich is running at 6 volts no leakes unless I flood the atty wich happens even when direct dripping I'm actually pretty happy with this one it's cleaned up alot I don't think I could make the thing any smaller it's about the size of a pack of ciggs now all that's left is to get all the holes right in the box lol this was a rather expensive mod 60 for pump alone haha it was over 100 wich ain't too bad I guess for everything ne suggestions or questions or criticism is welcome thanks I'm not the best solderer I know I don't have clips or nething to hold parts and my soldering iron is a little too big for this yea I know excuses other then that though works great and looks ok thanks again for looking
