Senate Bill Requires Vaping Products To Be Licensed - KPQ

The Washington State Senate has approved a bill requiring companies selling vapor products to be licensed through the State Liquor & Cannabis Board. It will also implement a number of other regulations to the industry.

Senate Bill 6328 passed the chamber with a 37-6 vote and next heads to the House for consideration. The proposal defines vapor products to include vaping devices such as electronic cigarettes and nicotine solutions used with these devices.

 

I'm not sure how I feel about this. If it's just nicotine, should you need a license to sell it. I guess the other potential harmful ingredients are the cause for concern here.
