Moju Republic also gets them in. Nhailer won't ship the kick to.coms. You could try electronicstix or super t.

 

It would be interesting to mod a tube to take one of these. Hold it in place with some sort of glue and drill a hole up the top for a dial to change wattage. I'm sure it would be easier to mod this than the DNA 12 but the DNA had more capabilities and better performance.

The kick is an excellent piece of equipment though.
