Order stuck at processing centre?

Hey guys if ordered a zamplebox to try and my package has been stuck at thecomstralian sort facility for 9 days? Anyone had this happen before? What should I do? All my other juices have arrived?

Same thing happened with a REOs mod I ordered. Tracking said the same thing for 8 days but today it arrived

Jump on the phone or email them, put the pressure on.

I had a package that was sitting in HK for 5 days. A quick email DHL to ask wtf was going on and it was at my doorstep 4 days later
