Want to try eCigs, but I don't know where to start. Please help?

    Hi Everyone,
    I've been lurking here for a while trying to understand the vaping lingo & I'm really confused.
    I currently smoke about 15 Alpine Menthol Supreme (1mg nicotine) cigarettes per day, but I would like to quit the nicotine & switch to ecigs.
    Where to I start?
    I'm a total noob & don't understand about the resistance, cartomizers, battery strengths etc. I would like to purchase a starter kit that I can open, charge, is reliable & start using without worry.
    What do you experienced users recommend as a starter kit for me?
    Please help as I feel totally lost & out of my depth?
