What to buy and were when starting out making own Juice

Hi bit confused want to make own juice around 18mg - 24mg 50/50 i think from what ive read
been look at unflavoured nic pg and vg from oz
what would i need to purchase and from were ?
been reading just getting confusing:stupid:

Well, you'll need nicotine juice which will have to be sourced from overseas.
